This is a representative action brought by plaintiffs as minority stockholders of The Minneapolis Savings and Loan Association of Minneapolis, Minnesota (herein referred to as the association), to recover certain amounts received by the P. M. Endsley Company (herein referred to as the agency) as commissions as agent in procuring fire and tornado insurance.
