Theo Morrison (“Movant”) appeals the denial of his Rule 29.15 motion for post-conviction relief after an evidentiary hearing. 1 Movant alleged multiple instances of ineffectiveness by his trial lawyer which he claimed deprived him of his constitutional right to counsel. On appeal, Movant contends the motion court erred by not finding ineffective representation by his trial lawyer in that his attorney did not adequately (a) investigate a written statement made to police by an eyewitness to the crimes, and (b) advise Movant about testifying which, in turn,…
