Marvin L. Lott, (“Movant”) was charged with and convicted of first degree assault in violation of Section 565.050, armed criminal action in violation of Section 571.015, and first degree attempted robbery in violation of Section 564.011. 1 The conviction and sentences were affirmed in this court on August 27, 2001, in a memorandum decision.
