Action by tenant'under subdivision (e) of section 205 of the Emergency Price Control Act of 1942 (TT. S. Code, tit. 50, Appendix, § 925, subd. [e]) to recover $198, treble damages based on the allegation that on March 1,1943, the rent was $45 a month, and for each of the twenty-two months thereafter defendants collected $48 a month.
