This is an action to abate a public nuisance. It appears that in 1918 Clerency Ducharme Cramer and Ben Cramer, her husband, being then the owners of lot 6 in section 3 of township 22, north of range 20, west of the Montana principal meridian, platted the same as an addition to, or subdivision of, the city of Poison. The north boundary line of lot 6 is the meander line of Flathead Lake, according to governmental survey. Flathead Lake is a navigable body of water.
