Plaintiff filed a bill for rescission of a land contract, accounting, and a lien upon the premises in dispute for the amount found to be due. Prom a decree for plaintiff, defendants appeal. April 19, 1924, plaintiff and her husband, Arthur J. Himebaugh, now deceased, together with Ployd Pinch and Florence Pinch, purchased by land contract from Sarah Chalker, now deceased, the land mentioned and described in the bill of complaint.
