OPINION

PER CURIAM,

David Johnson, proceeding pro se, appeals the District Court’s orders granting defendants’ motions to dismiss and for summary judgment. We affirm.

In December 2003, Johnson filed the underlying civil rights action naming various administrative officials and correctional officers from SCI-Rockview.
