MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

THEIS, District Judge.

This matter comes before the court for final disposition after a six-day bench trial. Carla Campbell, the plaintiff, brings this action against Dr. Charles Deyoe and Kansas State University 1 under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., alleging “hostile environment” sexual harassment, retaliation, and constructive discharge.
