In this action the plaintiff seeks to recover damages against the defendant railway company, under the provisions of the interstate commerce act, for alleged overcharges; and the question now before the court is that of the jurisdiction of this court, the defendant company being a corporation created under the laws of the state of Wisconsin, but operating many miles of railway within the Northern district of the state of Iowa.
