In 1845, complainant, then the wife of O. JSL Gillespie, being seized jointly with her tivo brothers, "3ST. G. Taylor and A. M. C. Taylor, of a tract of land in Giles county, united with her husband in a power of attorney to her two brothers, authorizing them, or either of them if they could not act jointly, to sell and convey her undivided share of the tract; and in 1846, they, on their own behalf, and R.
