RAPER, Chief Justice.
The appellant-petitioner seeks review of an order of the district court which dismissed his petition for review of an administrative proceeding before a hearing examiner. At the conclusion of the administrative hearing, appellant’s driver’s license was suspended by the hearing examiner because of multiple speeding offenses.
