Kazmir Korzuszkiewicz was the owner of several pieces of real estate in Stafford and Barton counties and certain personal property. He died in May, 1920, leaving surviving him nine children who are contending for shares of the property which he had acquired. On November 8, 1918, deeds were executed purporting to convey all his real estate to his daughter Mary, who in turn executed a writing agreeing to pay her father a one-third rental of the farms during his lifetime.
