This is an appeal from a judgment of $2000 in favor of appellee, as damages for personal injuries resulting from the alleged wrongful act of appellant's servants in ejecting appellee from one of appellant's trains, whereon she was a passenger, about one mile beyond the point of her destination, whereby she was compelled, while thinly clad and unprepared, to walk through snow and storm back to her station, by reason of which she took a severe cold, suffered mental and physical pain, and received permanent injuries.
