The action was brought to recover damages resulting from the city’s breach of designation agreements entered into on June 2, 1982, with respect to the development of sites 5B and 5C within *50the Washington Street Urban Renewal Area. These agreements superseded the more limited letter agreements of January 29 and February 1, 1982 between these parties.…
