OPINION OF THE COURT
Memorandum.
The order of the Appellate Division should be affirmed, with costs.
Paragraph fifth of a separation agreement, prepared by defendant’s counsel and executed by the parties on July 1, 1969, provides for the periodic payment of various sums by the husband to the wife for her “support and maintenance” until she “dies or remarries”.
