Police officers searched Janice L. Busig’s residence while executing a search warrant for a man who had two outstanding arrest warrants. Items found in the residence and in rentals on the property led to a second search warrant for evidence of methamphetamine manufacture. Ms. Busig was charged by amended information with (1) possession of methamphetamine and (2) manufacturing methamphetamine or possession of ephedrine or pseudoephedrine with intent to manufacture methamphetamine.
