— T. O. Martin and J. W. Hamilton brought this suit against the San Antonio & Aransas Pass Bailway Company, the Missouri, Kansas & Texas Bailway Company and the Missouri, Kansas & Texas Eailway Co. of Texas, for damages on account of declining market, excess shrinkage and extra feed on a shipment of cattle from Bosebud, Texas, to the National Stock Yards in East St. Louis, 111., alleged to have been caused by unreasonable and negligent delays in transportation.
