John V. Trump sued the International Great Northern Railroad Company in the District Court of Williamson County to recover damages alleged to have been sustained by him while in the employ of the said railroad company at Taylor, Texas, as stationary engineer of a Pyle National Electric Headlight Machine used to furnish lights at the roundhouse and machine shops of the said railroad company at Taylor.
