This case has now found its way back to this district court after a journey through the First Circuit Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court, and the First Circuit again. The case arrives for trial on the plaintiffs claim, under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, 29 U.S.C. §§ 621, et seq. (“ADEA”), that he was discharged by the defendants as a result of their discriminatory animus against him based upon his age.
