¶ 1. Attorney Ryan Lister appeals the referee's findings, conclusions, and recommendation in this lawyer discipline matter. The referee, Richard P Mozinski, determined the Office of Lawyer Regulation (OLR) met its burden to prove violations of duties of diligence, communication, termination of representation, and cooperation with the OLR investigation.
