GALLAGHER, Chief Justice.

This suit was instituted by appellee, Shirley Dorough, against appellant, Great Southern Life Insurance Company, to recover on a policy issued by appellant on the life of A. B. Dorough, in which policy appellee was made beneficiary. Appellee alleged that the policy sued on was issued to said A. B. Dorough on November 10, 1927; that by the terms thereof appellant agreed, upon the death of the insured, to pay to her, as the beneficiary named therein, the sum of $1,000; that the insured died on December 12, 1933; that at the time of his death said policy was in full…
