* Writ of error refused January 24, 1923. Appellees and their assignors owned, severally, different individual lots of cotton in the fall of 1918. All of them (nine in number) were farmers who resided in the vicinity of Seagoville, a village in Dallas county, Tex. The aggregate number of bales of cotton owned by them was 169. The highest number of bales owned by any one of them was 68; the lowest number of bales in any of the lots was 6. This cotton was all lying in the cotton yard at Seagoville, except 11 bales at Forney and 16 bales at Kleburg. Forney and Kleburg are villages near…
