Plaintiff Gail Higgins brings this action against defendant Metro-North Railroad Company (“Metro-North”) pursuant to the Federal Employers’ Liability Act (“FELA”), as amended, 45 U.S.C. § 51 et seq. She claims that she was the victim of sexual harassment and that, as a result of the stress associated therewith, her previously undiagnosed latent multiple sclerosis became symptomatic.
