Michael C. Mulkovieh, after a trial by jury, was found guilty of burglary for a violation of sec. 943.10 (1) (a), Stats. On April 30, 1974, he was sentenced to eleven years in the state prison on a burglary repeater charge, with the sentence to run consecutive to a seven-year sentence previously imposed after the revocation of probation. Writs of error were issued by this court to review the judgment of conviction and the orders denying the defendant’s motions for a new trial and modification of sentence.
