OPINION

COX, Judge:

Appellant was charged with signing a false official document (a leave request form); conduct unbecoming an officer by making a false statement to a noncommissioned officer (that he had to go on leave to Puerto Rico); and drunk driving, in violation of Articles 107, 133, and 111, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 907, 933, and 911, respectively.
