This is an action to set aside a deed of trust executed by the plaintiffs to the defendant Levy, as trustee. The defendants demurred to the complaint on the ground that it did not state facts sufficient to constitute a cause of action, and their demurrer was sustained. The plaintiffs declined to amend, and thereupon judgment was entered against them.

*251Two points are made by the appellants: 1. That the plaintiff Eliza V. Burkle executed the deed of trust complained of without any consideration coming to her for so doing; and 2. That she was induced to execute the deed by the fraud…
