Plaintiffs brought this action for $1700 to recover the cost of installing drain tiles to prevent water from entering the basement of their new home purchased from defendants. The cause of action was founded on defendants’ alleged breach of an express warranty that the'property was fit for plaintiffs’ intended use, and also on the alleged breách of an implied warranty of habitability. Following a bench trial, judgment was entered for plaintiffs in the amount of $800, and defendants appeal from that judgment.
