This is an original proceeding wherein petitioners, Hyde Construction Company and Central Surety & Insurance Company, seek to review an award of the State Industrial Commission of Oklahoma, dated July 6, 1932. wherein the respondent T. L. O’Kelley was awarded compensation at the rate of $8 per week for a period of 369 weeks for permanent partial disability.
