DECISION

{¶ 1} Relator, Ohio Turnpike Commission, commenced this original action seeking an order compelling respondent, Industrial Commission of Ohio ("commission"), to vacate its order awarding a two percent increase in permanent partial disability ("PPD") compensation to respondent, Todd A. Carpenter ("claimant"), and to enter an order denying the increase.
