Reversing.
The appellee, Citizens Oil Company, capitalized at $725,000.00, was created under the laws of Kentucky by the consolidation of the Hawesville Oil, Gas & Development Company, a West Virginia corporation, with the old Citizens Oil Company, organized under the laws of this Commonwealth. The capitalization of the consolidated company is exactly equal to the combined capital of the two old companies.
