Before the Court is the request of the chapter 11 trustee of Coram Healthcare Corporation (“CHC”) and Coram, Inc. (“Coram” and collectively with CHC “the Debtors”) for approval of the Trustee’s Second Amended Joint Plan of Reorganization (“the Trustee’s Plan”). The Official Committee of Equity Security Holders (“the Equity Committee”) objects to confirmation of the Trustee’s Plan and, instead, seeks approval of the Equity Committee’s Second Amended Joint Plan of Reorganization (“the Equity Committee’s Plan”).
