Claimant seeks review of an order of the Workers’ Compensation Board, asserting that the board erred in concluding that employer did not know of claimant’s claims for injuries within 90 days of their occurrence and that claimant did not satisfy the 90-day notice requirement under ORS 656.265(4)(a) for making a timely claim.
