Plaintiff Charlotte W. Disher, a white female, has filed suit against Defendants Wilson S. Weaver, II, Terry R. Jones, Patricia D. Norris, Linda G. Davis, Thomas W. Fredericks, Bryce A. Stuart, and the City of Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
