OPINION

DEVANY, Justice.

The State appeals the county criminal court’s granting Brabsoris motion to suppress. See Tex.Code Crim.PROoAnn. art. 44.01 (Vernon Supp.1995). In four points of error, the State asserts that: (1) this Court has jurisdiction over the appeal; (2) the trial court erred in giving collateral estoppel effect to a justice court finding of no probable cause; and (3) the trial court erred in granting the motion to suppress if it was granted on any other ground asserted in Brabsoris amended motion to suppress.
