O’KELLEY, District Judge.
Presently pending is defendants’ motion for arbitration and to stay this action pend ing arbitration. The court held a hearing on the matter on August 7, 1985. Upon review, the court grants defendants’ motion.
Plaintiff Carolyn Ross brings this action against defendants William H.
