Plaintiffs, Mr. and Mrs. John R. Shotto and Timothy C. Spigelmire, filed this action against defendants, R. Michael Laub, Jr. and Drexel Burnham Lambert Incorporated (Drexel), alleging various claims arising out of defendants’ handling of plaintiffs’ securities accounts (Paper No. 1).
