Action to recover upon a judgment of the municipal court of Chicago entered upon a warrant of attorney to confess judgment upon a promissory note. The plaintiff interposed three demurrers to three separate portions of the answer. They were overruled with leave to reply. The plaintiff replied, and the .case went to trial. There was a verdict for the defendant. From the judgment the plaintiff appeals.
