White Pines at Stockbridge (condominium) is a condominium established under G. L. c. 183A, § 2, composed of sixty-eight units. As to the pertinent facts there is no dispute. The master deed authorized construction of up to eighteen phases.3 See G. L. c. 183A, § 8. From 1984 to 1988, the development took shape.
