With trial looming in this employment discrimination case, the parties have filed a plethora of motions in limine; this Order resolves most disputes and defers ruling on some.

I. OVERVIEW

Since January 2002, Ashley Rooney has suffered symptoms of macular degeneration, a pernicious condition of the area of the retina called the macular, which controls central vision and which causes blurring or blank spots except in peripheral vision.
