This matter comes before the Court on plaintiffs’ motion for a temporary injunction restraining and prohibiting defendants during the pendency of this ac • tion from in any manner preventing-plaintiffs from crossing the lands of the United States in traveling to and from plaintiffs’ property within the Superior National Forest by motor vehicle, boat, and canoe, operated upon the Gun Lake Road and the lakes, streams and portage trails connecting Gun Lake and Crooked Lake within the Superior National Forest.
