GIVAN, Justice.

A jury trial resulted in appellant's conviction of Murder; Robbery, a Class A felony; Criminal Confinement, a Class B felony; Battery, a Class C felony; and Auto Theft, a Class D felony. He was sentenced to the maximum terms, respectively, of sixty (60) years, fifty (50) years, twenty (20) years, eight (8) years, and three (8) years, to be served consecutively for a total executed sentence of one hundred forty-one (141) years.
