This is an appeal by Southern Nevada Plumbing & Heating Corporation from a judgment rendered in favor of Paradise Development Corporation, assignor of the respondents, in a lien foreclosure suit by Southern Nevada. Appellant, a plumbing contractor, entered into a contract to do the plumbing work contemplated by plans and specifications upon Sunrise Hospital in Clark County, Nevada.
