The Plaintiff and Debtor, LTV Energy Products Company (“LTV”), commenced this adversary proceeding to recover $22,517.60 from the Defendant Northern States Contracting Company, Inc. (“Northern”), and to expunge Northern’s claim in the amount of $1,727,240.65. LTV’s claim against Northern represents the unpaid purchase price for certain bridge bearing pads that LTV sold to Northern.
