Adell Plastics, Inc. (“Adell”) appeals from a district court judgment awarding JOM, Inc., d/b/a Chipeo International, Ltd. (“Chip-eo”), $884,332 in compensatory damages for breach of contract. We affirm the liability ruling and remand to the district court for a recalculation of damages.

BACKGROUND
