Defendants-Appellants Martin D. Fife (“Fife”) and Farouk Khan (“Khan”) appeal the district court’s order granting a preliminary injunction prohibiting further violations of securities law and a freeze against defendants-appellants’ assets and other assets in defendants-appellants’ possession.
