Plaintiffs brought this class action against Defendant Atlantic Richfield Company (“ARCO”) alleging violations of § 201 of the Economic Stabilization Act (“ESA”) based on ARCO’s interaffiliate pricing policies and noncompliance with regulations governing import fees and duties.
