MEMORANDUM OF DECISION AS TO MOTIONS TO DISMISS

E. STEPHEN DERBY, Bankruptcy Judge.

The issues raised by Debtors’ motions to dismiss involve whether Debtor can discharge personal liability for breaches of Maryland lien trust laws by his construction company.

Motions to dismiss in these four adversary proceedings are consolidated for purposes of this opinion. Each proceeding was commenced by a creditor of Lawrence W.
