The plaintiff appeals from the judgment of the trial court dismissing the plaintiffs appeal from the decision of the planning and zoning commission of the town of Litchfield (zoning commission), which had denied the plaintiffs application for a special exception and subdivision approval. The plaintiff sought to subdivide an approximately fifteen acre parcel of land, which was situated in a two acre residential zone, into four single-family residential lots, ranging from 2.1 to 6.1 acres in size.
