Hoke, C. J.,

after stating the case: For general application it is recognized as difficult to give an adequate and satisfactory definition of a partnership. Probably that approved by Associate Justice Gray, in Meehan v. Valentine, 145 U. S., pp. 611-623, is at once as accurate and comprehensive as any that suggests itself.
