This declaratory-judgment action is before the Court on the Motion of Plaintiff Canal Insurance Company (“Canal”) for Summary Judgment [46] declaring that its Policy No. PIA03140902 (“the Policy”) provides no coverage for an accident that occurred on September 10, 2009. There is no dispute that the tractor and trailer involved in the accident were not listed as insured vehicles.
